• Our in-house Design Department then begins developing the concept design of the facility based on the user experience and training needs analysis.
• Our Project Managers use the concept design and site visit information to determine the functional requirements for the training facility such as equipment or props.
• We use our experience to carefully consider existing resources and how these may be used or adapted to clients’ and trainees’ needs. Our project managers then prepare a list of the technical specifications for all the required equipment.
• We contact our qualified vendors to finalise the project budget.
• Finally, we propose the budget and the timeline for the project.
